Starting the Rice Diet again. Over 2 years since last time and I've gained back nearly all the weight I lost in 2019. I plan to be on it for only 2-3 days, as we already had ordered a box of veggies from Misfits Market, plus the fridge and freezer are full of veggies.
We've been eating a lot of processed foods, and am hoping these initial 2-3 days of the RD will act as a "re-set" and break the addictions. Then we will eat veggies and rice, mostly (no processed food) until the fresh veggies are used up. Then get back on the RD Phase 1 for as long as we can stand it.
