Really happy about this. Haven’t weighed myself since November (when I started hitting up the gym). I know that muscle weighs more than fat so I was scared to see the scale go up and I was worried that I would get discouraged . But hey, maybe I built muscle and lost fat at the same time 🤷🏻‍♀️ so it balances out. ☺️
57.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
