I'm lost and need motivation 😪
73 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 13 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Aww, thanks for dropping by my post. Sad to hear you are not in the zone at the moment. If I am struggling I like to break things down and tackle one thing at a time. If I feel strong, I tackle that hardest thing first. If I feel fragile, the easiest first. The same applies to diet.
