Unfortunately my progress slowed down because I lost my 22 day streak of not having overeaten on any single day.
I walked 15,000 steps yesterday which felt pretty good, my app tells me that's 6.6 miles which I'm happy with :) I saw a friend who I hadn't seen in over half a year who told me I looked like I'd lost weight :3
I'm disappointed about having lost my streak but I really want to focus on the upcoming week or so, after this next streak gets to about 7 days I think I'll feel more comfortable. :)
