It's been a very interesting and very long day.

We got a new manager at work...

I'm ready for a nice, hot, bubble bath and maybe a cup of green tea.
89.6 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 30.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
