I'm really pissed at myself! I have been eating like a pot-head...brownies, cupcakes, JUNK! I've been working too hard for too long to blow it now! I hurt my neck really bad monday doing laying-down tricep extensions. So, i didn't do my workout yesterday and ate like an ass! I've been taking ibuprofen every 4 hrs since the injury. It feels much better now, still hurts though. I'm going to work around the injury, and QUIT EATING LIKE A MORON!
