Am sticking to this well so far, am a bit tired today actually took a three hour nap!! I know I can do this. They say you shouldn't weigh but once a week but in order for me to keep going especially with as difficult this has been I have to weighin. It is when I see results that I have the motivation to keep going.
153.5 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 44.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 14.6 kg a Week
