This is a new program for me. I'm liking it so far. So far I have lost 6 pounds. I started last week at 257 and today I'm at 251. It's definitely about watching you eat in moderation.
I'm still able to eat what I want.

The other thing is having hypothyroidism and an enlarged thyroid does not make it easy along with having a peanut allergen. Were almost all diet foods have coconut, almond, oil,milk in it.
113.9 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 45.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's my goal - to be able to eat what I want, but in moderation and only have the "bad" things very occasionally, not all the time.
