Gpp, selama lingkar tubuh berkurang. Gw jg abis nimbang, masih segitu. Tapi lingkar lengan atas susut. Jgn terlalu berpatokan sama timbangan klo BB udah mendekati ideal/ideal.

sabar kak akan da msa tu, kmrin q prnh di msa tu pas di 51/52 hbis tu di 50/51 dan skrng di 49/50 prnh di 48 koma klw pas puasa games sih tp mo gmna lgi emang mkanku skrng Agi ngawur hehehe
