No carbs for 2 days so far )))
Today I ate 3 eggs, litbit of turkey, green beans
Salmon w soy sauce and 1/2 glass of veggies.
10 Almonds
Maybe plain greek yogurt for late nite snack )

Back to gym on Tueesday
48.7 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
