Hey guys! I would appreciate any tips to help me loose weight, other than healthy eating habits obviously. I suffer badly with my mental health and I tend to comfort eat a lot wich is why I’m trying to stop that but I need other tips as well as my doctors keep telling me I’m overweight ect.
