Kalau lagi PMS itu susah banget mo puasa..pdhl dah sahur 🤣...duh kurang niat apa lg lemah iman?

@pengenbodygoals...banyak yg salah kaprah dgn PMS..coba googling say, PMS itu artinya Pre Menstrual Syndrome bukan haid ya...jd itu gejala 1 minggu sebelum mens/ haid..🙏🙏
