Three consecutive days at the gym, and did massive amount of laundry and yard work too. I need to decide how to break up the time next week, I'll probably go M-T-Wsince I'm going out of town after that.
Did very well on eating, have to find ways to get a little more protein to keep from being hungry in the afternoon.
Tried the Bud 55 cal light beer, that will be a solution to the beer I allow a couple times a week.
