I have so much trouble with loosing weight. I'm on a low carb, low calorie diet plus exercising every day, hitting nutri goals and the scale still hates me 😩

Have you taken your measurements and see if you have lost any cm over your legs, hips and waist? Sometimes the weight doesn't show but you have lost volume over your body 🙂

Sometimes eating too little will prevent you from losing, as your body thinks you're in starvation mode... eating too little or too much makes you not lose anything . It's a question of balancing the right amount ☺️

I haven't measured myself from the beginning. I should have. But I did now and will try to measure myself in the future, rather than using scale. Something is off 😔

Try and think of it in a positive way, not losing weight but getting healthy. Works for me

If ur exercising everyday you’re going to need carbs, fuel your body, don’t deprive it of the nutrients it needs!

Don't weigh yourself so often. If you know you are sticking to your diet weighing yourself every 10-15 days will be less disheartening as you will see better results.
