If my current weight is not their that is what I am leaving it at 200lbs til it is that weight with my cable work outs til my foot gets better and doctor tells me I can do more exercise at the gym instead of less weight bearing than I have been due to the pain. I believe the pain may be tarsal tunnel syndrome or the lack of circulation on top of it with my anxiety attacks because I have a sharp pains and the boot for my broken foot idk if it helps or not just to walk.
