Officially beginning my 90 day journey to get more fit before the wedding! Lockdown has been rough, but I know I can do this! 59.3kg today. Day 1 I began the day with a new routine. Wake up at 04h30, and be ready for gym, treadmill walking workout in the morning today 450 calories.
59.3 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
