Hari ini 2 bulan sudah makan di kalori maintenance dan bb stabil..horeee..saya dah mulai pinter..gk gampang naikin kalori untuk makan setelah 16 bulan terbiasa defkal..
Awal diet 1200 kkal 1 Januari 2020-20April 2021
sekarang 1500-1600
