Yea so you are still gaining muscle that's good really 💪
By the way how far you take the sets....to failure or you do on a fix number . Want to know for myself...some time I overtrain my legs and my muscle don't heal for 2-3 days

yaah, same thing happens with me alfyhound. what I try to do is cool down stretching after workout and on the next day I try to massage the pain points on muscles with a soft tennis ball. it really helps a lot.

thnx Karan.will try to do that hope it works....but I don't get soreness on my upper body for more then 1 day....but legs crap those chicken legs hurts 🥴 hope that my home town gym open soon so I can train again with experience person
