It's been almost a week and I have to say I have used my kitchen more this week then I usually do in a month. Now I understand why someone said they make as much as they can on Sunday. Thankfully I have a three-day weekend tomorrow and I can reorganize myself. TO make my mornings run more smoothly.
91.8 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 26.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Low carbing is a job in itself, don't you think? I've only had two meals out since I started and I usually have at least 3 to 5 per week. Sometimes more. I'm so sick of washing dishes. I do them in the machine and by hand because there are so many dirty dishes! Oh well, I figure I'm at least getting some ab exercise from bending over to empty and load the dishwasher.
