My first gain. (Half a pound)…I’m not going to get too down about it, for (3) reasons: 1) I ate out @ a restaurant that did not have any nutritional facts for any of their meals (so annoying-not online or anywhere). I tried to get as close as I could to estimate & even brought my own dressing, but should have went w/my gut & just got a salad.
2)It’s “Mother Nature” week, what can I expect? Lol
3) Ups and Downs will happen. I am relieved & grateful for my progress in this so far, 13 day journey.
