May has not been an easy month on my diet and 6 days ago I clocked in at 86.5kg. I was hurt and disappointed, but chose to brush myself off and get back on it. Today, I'm at 85kg and I couldn't be happier 🥺
85 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
