Wow! over 4 lbs lost this week!! I've been trying very hard with my diet, CICO rocks! I've also been limiting fat and cholesterol as much as possible. Also, I'm on day 11 being smoke free, aside from the 2 cigs I confessed to last week lol. I am using the vape, e-cig even though I didn't plan to, but I figure it's better than actually lighting a cigarette. I give myself till July 1st with that until I put it down, like a pacifier for now. all in all, feeling great. thanks fs friends, you guys help and inspire me more than you know!!
