Finally! After two weeks of flat-lining, I have finally started burning fat. Two pounds isn't much, but after two weeks, it sounds fabulous to me. Going back to the rec tomorrow morning to encounter more circuit training with my brother. I am hoping to do this a couple to a few times a week. As soon as I get my tax return I am going to invest in a membership. I want to be ready for this warrior dash, and the only way I will be is to keep pushing myself. Billys Boot Camp has been a great start, but its nothing compared to actually having someone there to push you harder than you want to go. My goal is to be able to run a full mile within a month, WITHOUT stopping or slowing down! I have never been able to do this my entire life, so that would be a huge accomplishment for me. Well, thats all for today folks. I have a workday and a class ahead of me, and boy do I feel great after my workout:) I got this! Roxxx
