I panicked when I first stepped on the scale: it said 51.2kg, then I took my sweatshirt and sweatpants off and sighed with relief.
49.3 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
