Oh sweet Jesus.
I have gained more weight. I had a bout with pneumonia 2 weeks ago and was sick for about a month before that, making it hard to work out without coughing up a lung.
No more excuses.
I'm allowing myself the next week to figure life out and then May 1st, I will be working out in some form 6 days a week. I will do a WW points plan to keep track of what I'm eating. I bought the Hungry Girl cookbooks and am so excited for the yummy recipes. I've also been taking the Healthy Choice newer frozen meals to school with me. Some are better than others (the ones with portabellas in them are great. The Asian potstickers were gross), but they also come with a WW points value to them.
