Getting some weight back was pretty inevitable after having a somewhat self-indulgent weekend. I relaxed on the food restrictions, and the universe was against me too. Mom dropped off a platter of fried chicken last night - delicious, but I'm paying for it now. My body hurts all over from the hiking, cycling, and gardening that I did every day, so let's hope I am building some muscle.
