昨天爆卡爆醣,果然體重上升700克,其中水份多200,骨骼肌跟肌肉多100,脂肪多出500,內臟脂肪為12


今天晚期所以已經是禁食18小時之後的體重了,今天雖然不至於爆卡,但應該會爆醣,上午是蛋餅小籠包豆奶生菜沙拉,下午是炸雞所以後面再來代謝囉
