Also, I didn't weigh myself 4 days ago as the app says, for some reason whenever i journal it records it as a weigh in. I'll figure that out, but it was my first full 7 day week then i weighed myself today. So 5 lbs in my first week!
102.1 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
