2/11/11 Trying very hard but to no avail. Working out 40 min/day fairly hard and watching my eating carefully. Will look at changing some component. It will work if I keep on keeping on!
68.1 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
