good luck I know I have been adding more foods in in my weight has gone up about a pound and a half so I have to look I know I'm measuring I'm on antibiotic but I'm sure that doesn't make you gain weight

Thanks guys. I just started learning how to use this app and wasn’t aware of the comments section. I’ve upped my protein and water intake and to track my food of course so yeah things are finally moving.
