I could tell my stomach was not as bloated so I weighed again. Too soon but I lost .8 pound yeah!!! I stopped drinking the coffee at work and I haven't had peanuts in about a week. I'm going to eventually reintroduce peanuts but they can keep that coffee. It bloats me.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
