didnt weigh yesterday but I did today. I usually weigh in the morning and this was at 3 im the afternoon. did well again today, hope I can keep with it. I drank all my water yesterday (proud) HATE water! half way through my water for today. I'll get that too today! I am gettin back on track. I need to see some difference to get that motivation again. .4 pounds isnt gonna do it! But its .4 less than yesterday. We will see what tomorrow brings!
