Weight has continued to plateau for this week. I’ve been living off 900 to a 1000 Cals a day for the last couple weeks but not intentionally, I know it’s not enough and not healthy to not eat enough !
So this week I’ve decided to raise my calories to 1400 (I probably won’t hit it but it’s there) and have a day off tracking tomorrow, reseting my system after a cheat day has worked in the past and to be honest I really want to have a meal out and some drinks with my besties !
Not stressed about the plateauing at all, I’m feeling so happy in my skin lately and that’s the most important part, loving yourself for who you are !
Next week classes resume so I’ll be back on intense boxing and HIIT 4 times a week 💪🏽 I reckon that’ll change things up too 🥰
