Size 12 jeans. I never believed it was possible for me to again be a size 12. I haven't been that size since high school. Not only that, I no longer feel like I am dieting. I can eat more on Atkins than I use to. I do miss the odd muffin or bagel, but with less than 20lb to go my resolve is firm.
