I`m doing it right :)
Despite the fact that i had my friend birthday party with few glasses of wine and lots of snacks my other days of this week were going well.
Thanks for water an my "branded" salads ;ppp
63 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
