The week of the 12th of this month ended up being a 'bad' week. Went to a family dinner for spaghetti, meat sauce & garlic bread. That event kicked of a full binge for the rest of that week. I struggled to bring my eating back under control the week of the 19th & was able to stay in my parameters (on the high side though). For the last 7 days I have been 100% on the plan (but I still feel the struggle going on) so hopefully I will continue to be in charge of my baser appetite.
