Yesterday I had a huge plate of stir fry veg for dinner .
No low carb bread .
Had hot chocolate and macadamia milk at lunch .
Fasted 18 hours 👌🏽
Weight dropping again . Sneaked in De Viellers sugar free cashew chocolate after dinner
60.7 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
