雖然昨天飯後有去運動,但早餐吃的麵包、火腿腸、薯餅,下午去修車廠時喝了一杯維也納咖啡加糖加奶很難體重不上升,水份、肌肉、骨骼肌各少100,脂肪多了400,內臟脂肪上升了1,估計今天克制一些應該是可以下調
