10 pounds to go to hit goal weight. 1995 was last time I was at 205 and I want to be at that goal by Memorial day weekend. It will happen.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks. It is the first time in years I think I can actually reach my goal. Superbowl Sunday hurt a bit but I am ready for the extra work this week to pay for the day of rest:)
