Hi back from my holiday in Italy Swam 10-30 lenghs a day in olympic sized pool but eate alot!!Still good to have a break but weather lousy! Have gained 4 pounds! but feel stronger so I am telling myself it is muscle mass! Hope you are all doing well!
59.0 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 1.1 kg a Week

Welcome back! 4 pounds is nothing, in no time you will be able to shead that and be back to where you were or even less for that matter! You are doing great!!!!

That gain is probably water retention and should come off quickly when you jump back on the wagon, welcome back!

Tell yourself whatever you need to and then get back on track; after I'm sure was a much needed break.
