Day 1 of Phase 2 (VLCD) proved to be a success - 2 pounds down only 25 more to go! :)

I am feeling pretty good actually. I thought I would be more hungry or irritable. I am having a ton of cravings, mainly because I am a huge snacker! I find it hard to be in the kitchen preparing food or meals and not snack on something else... or at my desk working without a munchie... I keep reminding myself of the goal - to lose weight and establish healthier eating habits.
73.3 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

That is so awesome!!! I'm really excited for you. What is the VLCD diet? whatever it is, it's working so stick with it! And kudos to you for wanting to change your lifestyle and be healthier, not just lose the weight.
