i had emergency gall bladder surgery last week and since then my appetite hasnt been right and i am really bloated from all the fluids. I am hoping it will go away soon.

98.4 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg. Still to go: 30.4 kg. Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
