So I actually weighed myself first thing in the morning in just jammies, and I didn't weigh as much as I thought I did Friday when I put my weight in. I actually did my 100 calorie challenge yesterday and walked for 30 minutes outside with my dog and my little girl. feeling optimistic about eating healthy because I pre cooked my meal for today and tomorrow and plan on sticking to my calorie intake. A new year brings a new attitude that will hopefully last for than just a couple of weeks. #feelinggood#eatingclean
74.3 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
