Kind of frustrated. I feel like I've been exercising a lot and watching my diet, and the scale is not showing it. It makes me nervous as I don't really know what else I can do, with moderation, if this doesn't work. Well, time to drink another glass of water and hope that the results start to show.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
