Been doing keto for six weeks now. Gonna go until the end of the month to make it an even 2. Probably won’t hit 165, but sub-170 is good enough for me. Looking forward to that pizza on May first. Then, gonna go with a low carb diet rather than keto.
Came to China three years ago at 155/6 ft, which was a little too skinny I think. Ate way too much good food and got up to nearly 185. Blame some of it on corona too, with working at home and sitting all day. Anyways, long-term keto in China is just unreasonable, but keto itself hasn’t been a terrible experience.
