A pound less and a new low for me at 216. I stopped drinking diet soda and I seemed to have broke through the wall. Artificial sweetners are just not good for weight loss. Feeling good about my effort again.
98.0 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
