That's awesome. I'm working on it. My husband makes homemade 100% wheat bread. He mills his own wheat. I've seriously upped my vegetables and fruit, no animal products, and minimal oil, preferably none. Just now stopping adding sugar and no salt the last few days. I might add minimal salt after cooking though. Thanks for responding. How is your weight loss journey going?

Sounds good, but your body needs healthy oils. There are three Coconut Oil (unrefined, organic) grass fed butter ( Kerry Gold is good) and some olive oil (no heat use). Not a lot, but some.

Airspree, thanks for mentioning the need for some fat in our diet. Over the years I have sometimes followed diet and health advice that wasn't good, and then paid a price for it. I include healthy fat like avocado, nuts, seeds, and olives, occasional nut butters too. Thanks again for your kind reminder!
