Alrighty! Today is the first of at least 21 days on the 500-550 calorie portion of the HCG diet. I weighed in and took all my measurements this morning, snapped a few photos and had my first meal.

It will be an interesting few weeks! I'm excited!
74.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
