Went to the wedding(s) in Southern Cali and the Carribean Jamaica! It went well..people were saying that I look the same..I'll take that as a compliment!

I have also decided that I am going to go vegetarian..I hope that will also contribute to losing well..only time can tell!

58.1 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
