Stayed pretty on track yesterday. 3.5 mile walk in the rain with Freya (20 month old, 70# female German Shepherd). Cold out today, but will try to go for a walk with at least one of the dogs this afternoon.
95.4 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 25.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
